<Guidelines>

- The online fan signing event method will be contacted in advance by the buyer's email.

- If the buyer's name is different from the bank's remittance name or the amount is insufficient, normal payment confirmation is not possible.

- Please note that the amount deposited beyond the payment deadline will be fully refunded.

- We are not responsible for any problems caused by incomplete or duplicate remittances from our customers.

- We will send you the order of the video call event through email, so please read it and participate.

- Please participate in a place where you can connect to the Internet stably, not outside.

- I recommend you to participate on PC at home, not in cafes or public places.

- If unreasonable demands, slander, or abusive language are confirmed during a video call or the video is distributed to the outside without permission, the customer will be blacklisted.
